To arrange a stay at Macdonald Windsor Hotel with your dog, please be sure to call us in advance of booking online to let us know your pet will be joining you, so that we can confirm room availability.

There is a £25 nightly charge for dogs to stay*, which can be paid as a held deposit at reception on arrival. There is no charge for guide dogs. When staying with us, you’ll find:

Six designated dog-friendly rooms*
Iconic locations for daily walks, including The Long Walk at Windsor Castle.
Pet dogs welcome to join owners in the Reception and Bar areas.

*Owners are responsible for the behaviour of their dogs at Macdonald Windsor Hotel. Housekeeping will be required to check the room before departure from hotel. Any damage incurred to room by pets during stay will be charged as liable to the pet owner.
