1. Offer is for personal use by eligible customers only.
2. Each customer may use the offer code once.
3. Each unique code will expire 30 days after generation. Users must generate a new code via the partner platform if the previous one has expired. Codes cannot be issued by Macdonald Hotels & Resorts customer service or reservation teams.
4. Valid on flexible bookings at all Macdonald Hotels and Resorts.
5. Applies to Flexible Room Only and Flexible Bed & Breakfast rates.
6. Full payment is taken at booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. No changes or cancellations allowed.
8. Stays must be completed by 31 December 2026.
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discount cards, vouchers or Macdonald Preferred member privileges, unless otherwise stated.
10. Macdonald Hotels & Resorts' decision shall be final with respect to any customer disputes regarding the offer.
11. Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Macdonald Hotels & Resorts general Terms & Conditions upon participation in the offer.
