1. Visit the Green Loch
It's named the Green Loch for the obvious reason of the water in the loch being green. No-one seems to know the reason for this, but it is possible that the colour comes from the trees along the loch floor. It really is worth a visit.

If you're looking for something to keep the kids amused this Easter check out our jam-packed Easter programme; with lots of activities and entertainment for the whole family.
3. Tubing on Cairngorm Mountain
Our new activity is fun for both children and adults. The 70 metre, high-speed slide features two parabolic turns and you’ll speed down the slide on sit-down snow-tubes.

Join us for our live show of Cinderella, on selected dates, over the Easter holidays!
6. Go Wildlife Spotting
Head to another top attraction, The Highland Wildlife Park, to see lots of animals that you may never have seen in the flesh before.
8. Get Wet
Aviemore offers a brilliant choice of exhilarating outdoor activities including lots of water sports. Have a go at kayaking!
With safe cycle trails through the forest to nearby lochs; spring is the perfect time to get out and about in the Cairngorm air!
