Terms & Conditions - Food and Beverage Credit Offer:

The offer includes a £25 food and beverage credit per stay at participating Macdonald Hotels & Resorts for stays of 1 night or more. This offer is not available at New Blossoms Hotel, Forest Hills Resort, Lochanhully Resort, Plas Talgarth Resort, Spey Valley Resort, and Aviemore Lodges. 

This offer is available exclusively to Macdonald Preferred Members when booking direct via the Macdonald Hotels & Resorts website. Guests must either be existing Macdonald Preferred Members or sign up at the time of booking; failure to do so will result in the incentive not being available or issued.  

The promotion is subject to availability; blackout dates may apply. The offer is available at participating Macdonald Hotels & Resorts within the UK and excludes Spanish resorts (Dona Lola, La Ermita, Leila Playa and Villacana).  

The offer applies to Room Only and Bed & Breakfast rates across all rate types, including Advance Purchase, seasonal promotional rates and flexible rates. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rates and GDS bookings are excluded. Prices are based on a standard room. Room upgrades may be available at an additional cost and are subject to availability at the time of booking.  

The offer applies as a one-off incentive per stay only. Separate bookings made by the same residents on consecutive nights shall be considered one combined stay for the purposes of this offer. 

The £25 food and beverage credit will be applied to the guest’s room account at or following check-in, provided the booking has been pre-paid or otherwise paid for. A valid payment card must be presented and pre-authorised at check-in to receive the credit.   

The £25 food and beverage credit must be redeemed during the stay at the participating property and is valid against purchases within the hotel’s restaurant, lounge, bar and room service, including food and beverages during opening hours. Exclusions include set menus, all other outlets and items purchased via third-party providers such as Nor1. Eligible charges will automatically be deducted from the credit, and any unused balance will be forfeited upon departure. Rules in respect of redemption of the incentive will be provided upon or following check-in.  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from or in connection with the use of the incentive, including where such incentive is provided via a third-party supplier.  

The offer applies to new bookings only, is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless stated. All bookings remain subject to the terms and conditions of the selected rate, including payment and cancellation policies
