What time is check in and check out?

Guests arriving can check in from 5pm and check out is at 9am.

What's included in my stay?

All of our cottages have gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

Are you dog friendly?

Ness Side Estate is dog friendly and there is no charge. However, we ask that you not allow your pets to access to the bedrooms.

Does the estate have parking?

Yes, there is free parking available onsite

Can you help advise and book in local activities?

Yes, our team are happy to advise on local activities and attractions nearby and how you can book any tickets required.

Yes, WiFi Is available within all lodges.

Do you have a guest laundry service?

Each of the lodges have their own washing machine for guests to use.

What is the maximum number of guests?

The Holm & Tigh Hamish both sleep up to 12 guests each, Birch Tree Cottage sleeps 6 guests and The Willows sleeps 2 guests. Guests are able to book all 4 properties subject to availability.

Parties, including Hen or Stag weekends are not permitted at Ness Side Estate.

Can I stay for Christmas & New Year

Yes, Christmas & New Year stays are subject to availability. However, check in or check out is not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day. We can also provide Christmas decorations for those staying with us during this time.

Do you have dining on-site?

There is no eatery on site, however we can arrange for a hot home-cooked meal on arrival for guests. Please let us know at time of booking if this is required.
