Our breakfast will be served from 8:00am – 10:30am, Lunch service from 1200 - 1500 and our evening meal during 17:30 and 21:00. We strive to offer outstanding service and source only the freshest, finest ingredients from some of the UK’s best-known suppliers. Inclusive packages: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options must be ordered by 21:00 the prior evening, once the order form is completed, please leave this outside your bedroom door for a team member to collect. You will find your menus in your room.
Available 24 hours a day. Our room service menu will be situated on the desk in your bedroom, and orders can be placed by dialling 281. For any purchases a card must be set up at the reception and a limit of £200 will be applied, any amount over this will need to be extended with the reception.
An extra supply of linen can be located in the wardrobe in your room and if you decided you would like to change to fresh linen and towels, please inform a member of the reception team and then place the used items outside your bedroom door for collection. Cleaning spray and clothes have been placed in your room. If you need them to be refilled or if you require bathroom cleaning chemicals, please contact reception by dialling ‘0’.
During your stay at Frimley Hall we are offering dry cleaning for 7 essential items complimentary per week. If you would like to take advantage of this you will find the dry-cleaning form along with laundry bags in the draws of your dressing table. The form will also have prices for any additional items should you like them dry cleaned.
If you have any concerns or special requests during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact one of the team. Reception is available by dialling ‘0’ from the telephone in your bedroom, there is also a Duty Manager available 24 hours a day.
Our reception team are happy to help answer any questions you may have and can be contacted if you would like to request cleaning supplies, fresh linen and towels or additional toiletries which can be delivered to your door.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel, this includes E-cigarettes. Smoking in enclosed buildings within the United Kingdom is a breach of the law. Guests found to be smoking in their bedroom are subject to a bedroom renewal fee of £300.

Check out time is 11:00 am any requests for a late checkout must be confirmed with a member of the reception team.
