Accounts are payable on departure and may be settled at reception up to 11pm the evening before you leave. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out time is 11am on the day of departure at the Hotel desk in the Manor House. Late check out can be arranged, subject to availability and must be pre-booked.
The nearest banks are in Lymington High Street where there is a branch of most of the major bank with cash machines available.
Apartments have unlimited access to the internet.
Please do not leave food in your apartment on departure.
We have a limited supply of cots and highchairs, which can be hire on a first come basis. We will endeavour to meet your requirements, however demand does sometimes exceed supply. Cot hire includes a charge for linen and laundering.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (over 16yrs) when using leisure facilities and swimming pool. If you require a babysitter during your stay please contact reception who can provide contact details with a local babysitter. It is your decision whether or not you choose to employ their services. the contract and rates of pay must be between you and the sitter. We cannot be held responsible if in your opinion you should feel the person is unsuitable.
The guest laundry is located by the Manor House and is open from 9am to 8.30pm daily. The washing machine and dryer are coin operated which can be purchased at reception. Washing powder is also available. Please remove all washing and drying from the machines immediately as the cycle finishes, so that other residents can use the facilities.
A double bed is housed in the sofa bed in the lounge area or cupboard unit. To open up the bed, pull top of the unit fake doors gently. A limited amount of bed toppers are available on request.
Dogs or any kind of pet are not allowed on the resort, with the exception of registered guide and hearing dogs. If you see any pets on the resort, please resort to reception immediately.
The meters are read prior to your departure, if you wish to check out any earlier than originally indicated, please inform reception to allow time to arrange a reading.
This audit procedure was implemented on your arrival to enable you to charge meals, drinks etc to your account during your stay. No debit had been made at this time, however we will keep your details on file for 24hrs following your departure. We would appreciate if your apartment was left neat & tidy. The cost of cleaning is included in your management or rental cost however, if we feel that additional cleaning is required you will be charged £100 with the 24hrs. This procedure has been put in place with the backing of the lodge management committee & RCI.
Occupants are liable for any damage that occurs during their stay. If you do damage or break anything, please let us know immediately so that it can be repaired or replaced quickly and with minimum inconvenience to you or subsequent occupants. As previous, we do reserve the right to charge owners/guests for damage occurred during your stay.
These items are placed in all apartments with patios or balconies for your comfort. Pelase ensure that they are returned to the apartments each day and ot allowed to get damp as this will help prolong their life for future.
If your party has 2 or more cards, please ensure that you do not obstruct parking spaces reserved for other owners/guests and please do not park on the grassed area. The Resort car park is available as an overflow. Please keep your speed down to under 5mph and be aware of the one way system.
On arrival you will be issued with your apartment key. Keys should be returned to reception on departure and may also be left for safe keeping during the week. Should you forget to return a key on departure, there will be charge of £30 to cover the cost of replacing the lock in order to ensure safety for future guests. Please do not remove the key tags.
If you have to leave early it is important that you advise reception 24 hours before departure. This will allow time for your meter to be read and your telephone bill to be calculated prior to preparing your final account.
Due to the excessive amount of time involved in dealing with lost property there will be minimum charge for administration and postage of £5 (depending on weight). As soon as this charge has be recovered, we will be happy to forward the items to you. We cannot be held responsible for any items left in the apartments.
If you discover any item in your lode that requires attention, please contact reception. Maintenance staff are available up until 6.30pm (8pm on Saturdays), after that time they are only available for emergencies.
Newspapers and milk may be ordered through reception, and delivered each morning. Your account will be charge on departure.
