What time is check-in and check-out at Linden Hall?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Guests who have booked direct on our website can check-out until midday.

Is there disabled access at Linden Hall?

Accepted Answer

We have one fully accessible room with wet room bathroom and wide doors. There are an additional two rooms with walk in showers. All three rooms are accessible via lift.

Are you child friendly?

Yes, children under 12 go free when staying with their parents. Our rooms fit up to two Zbeds for those under 12. 
For those a little older, we encourage you to book interconnecting rooms. These are available as both standard and deluxe.

Yes! Children are welcome to use the pool from 9am to 11am, and 5pm to 8pm daily.

Can dogs stay at the Linden Hall?

Yes, Linden Hall is dog-friendly! Please select a Standard King room for your reservation and we will allocate you a dog-friendly room which is on the ground floor for quick access to the grounds. 
Please advise reception you will be travelling with a dog, prior to arrival on general.linden@macdonald-hotels.co.uk. 
There is an &pound;30 per dog, per night charge for bringing your furry friend.

Yes, we have two car parks on site. Guests who have booked direct on our website can park for free.

We do not have fridges or safes in our rooms.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday, between 7am - 9:30am and Saturday & Sunday, between 8am - 10am.

For adults who booked direct through our website, dinner allowance is &pound;30 per person.
Children under 12 do not receive a dinner allowance.
If you booked through a third-party website, please check your allowance with your booking agent.

Can I use the spa during my stay?

Our spa is open between 8am - 8pm. Guests can use the facilities from check in at 3pm until 11am on the the day of departure. Guests who have booked direct on our website can use the pool and gym free of charge.
Please be advised that this is based on a first come, first served basis. 
Treatments are available at an extra cost.

Should I book spa treatments in advance?

For guests on a spa day or break, treatment times must be booked prior to arrival by calling the spa on 01670 500 002 or emailing spa.linden@macdonald-hotels.co.uk. 
For any other hotel guests, we do advise that treatments be booked in advance.

Should I book rounds of golf in advance?

We recommend that any guest wishing to play golf during their stay, books in advance. This can be done by calling our golf team on 01670 500 011.
