Christmas Breaks in the Lake District

Arrive with us on Christmas Eve from 3pm, and after settling into your room come and join us for Gin tasting & nibbles in our library, followed by a three-course dinner in our restaurant. 

Wake up on Christmas Day to a hearty breakfast before relaxing and opening gifts. If you fancy, take a wander around our serene grounds overlooking Ullswater Lake before later enjoying champagne, canapés and a delicious four-course Christmas Day lunch. To end the day, we will put on a buffet, some mince pies and board games in our library. 

For those staying for 3 nights, Boxing Day is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity of your surroundings. Start your day with a delicious brunch before spending the rest of the morning at your leisure. Join us in the afternoon for a cocktail masterclass with our resident mixologist before a Boxing Day quiz. After the festivities, unwind with a three-course dinner before a restful nights sleep.
