Welcome to our Scottish Steakhouse - a relaxed, contemporary steak and grill restaurant that sits at the heart of Inchyra Hotel & Spa.
We’re passionate about using the best quality ingredients to create outstanding dishes and our AA rosette, awarded for exceptional food and service, is testament to the hard work of our team. The Steakhouse’s welcoming dining room features part of the outer stone wall from the original mansion house – a lovely touch which, alongside the rich colours, soft wood hues and leather banquette seating, creates the perfect environment for tucking into some fabulous food.
Whilst steak is what we’re famous for and we use the best cuts of beef from Scotland's most renowned butchers, our fish and chips also have a loyal following. North Sea haddock, supplied by local Fishbrothers Seafood, is beer-battered and served with the classic accompaniments - chunky tartar sauce, chips and mushy peas.
Sustainable sourcing is important to us and all our white fish is caught from wild, sustainable sources. All our lamb and beef is Scottish, with beef matured for a minimum of 21 days – which is why you’ll find that however you like your steak cut or cooked, it will tick all the boxes when you order it at our Scottish Steakhouse.
