And Shrewsbury’s position on the River Severn means it’s full of historic buildings including Tudor houses and a medieval castle.
You don’t need to go far to immerse yourself in the natural world and nearby Whitchurch is home to the beautiful Waterways Country Park and Greenfields Nature Reserve.
