Wake to a full cooked or continental breakfast or settle in for fine dining in our stylish urban restaurants after hours spent exploring the historic landmarks, shopping and nightlife of vibrant destinations including Bath, Chester or Birmingham.

During a relaxed weekend escape or midweek retreat in the country, our stunning rural destinations combine peaceful views of our landscaped gardens, golf courses, lakes and countryside as the perfect spot in which to indulge in memorable fare.

Taking inspiration from these natural surroundings are restaurants including SALT restaurant at Portal Golf & Spa Resort in leafy Cheshire, inspired by the legacy of salt mining in the region.

Savour the Finest Scottish Steaks

True to our Scottish heritage, the beef we serve comes from fully accredited Scottish farms and is supplied to us by Creative Food Scotland (formerly Scotbeef), who work with many of the highest quality retailers in the country and have over a century of trusted experience.

The beef found in your succulent dishes will have been traditionally aged for a minimum of 21 days on the bone, and also hand cut by highly skilled butchers using time-honoured techniques, delivering the perfect Scottish Steakhouse experience.
