The hotel and all the staff were absolutely exceptional. Firstly the venue itself - beautiful, clean, well kept, the little “village” where the cabins are is like something out of paradise. Secondly the staff. Chelsea was our contact and was there for us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and she supported us with every request we had (there were a few!). The waiting staff, bar staff and reception staff were all excellent on the day. The maintenance man was also helpful with directing guests around where they needed to go! Overall the day went perfectly and this is in no small part down to the efforts of Chelsea and the team at Elmers Court.
