What time is check in and check out at Elmers Court?

Hotel guests can check in from 3pm and check out is at 11am. Hotel guests who have booked directly through our website can check out until midday. Self-catering guests can check in from 5pm and check out is at 10am.

Is there disabled access at Elmers Court?

Please contact the reception team in advance of your stay to ensure you are allocated a fully accessible hotel room or apartment. Not all of our accommodation is fully accessible.

Yes, children under 12 go free when staying with adults. We have a variety of interconnecting hotel rooms, including some with bunk beds for smaller children. Our self-catering apartments have several twin rooms and ideally suited for families.

We have 2 restaurants on site. The Waterford Restaurant and The Solent. Takeaway is also available from The Solent. Packed lunches are available to order from reception, please provide us 24hrs notice.

We would advise booking dinner prior to arrival or on check-in, particularly on weekends and during school holidays.

What is my dinner allowance on my package?

For guests who booked on a dinner, bed & breakfast rate, dinner allowance is &pound;30 per adult. Children under 12 do not receive a dinner allowance. If you booked through a third-party website, please check your allowance with your booking agent.
Both of our restaurants are available to all guests and takeaway is available at Gio&rsquo;s Ristorante.

Our spa is open between 8am - 8pm. Hotel guests who have booked directly through our website can use the facilities free of charge.
Please be advised that this is based on a first come, first served basis. Treatments are available at an extra cost and can be booked online or at reception.

How do I visit the Isle of Wight?

The ferry port is located only 5 minutes walk from the resort. The ferry runs every hour and only takes 25 minutes to cross. It is suitable for both car, bike and foot passengers. Find out more and book your tickets online here.

Yes, WiFi Is available within all hotel rooms and apartments, as well as public areas.

Do you have a guest laundry service?

The guest laundry is located by the Manor House and is open from 9.00am to 8.00pm daily. The washing machine & dryer are coin operated. Washing powder is also available. Please remove all washing and drying from the machines immediately as the cycle finishes, so that other residents can use the facilities.
