Ryan’s passion for the countryside is matched only by his wealth of experience in the great outdoors of the Highlands. With over two decades of knowledge under his belt, Ryan has managed the estate for 12 years. One of his key duties as Ghillie is wildlife management, which includes controlling the deer population. And so, naturally enough, he supplies Macdonald Drumossie Hotel with fresh wild venison, raised and stalked in our local forests and hills.
