Terms & Conditions of the Macdonald Spa Experience for Two
Subject to availability. £15 Supplement per person Saturday and Sunday – payable direct at site at the time of booking. Guests are permitted to 2, 25 minute treatments from a selection of 5.

Voucher valid from until the April 30th 2020, 7 days a week, exclusions apply. Treatments 10am - 6pm; spa access 10.00am - 6pm. Times are subject to change. Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020. Voucher must be booked by 23rd April 2020.
Advance booking required – minimum 1 week before arrival. Standard Macdonald cancellation terms apply. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Over 16s only. Groups can book and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss with spa when booking.
Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. For cancer sufferers/those in remission, the above treamtents can be substituted for Jennifer Young treatments, please inform the spa directly when booking. Jennifer Young treatments are only available at selected Spas*. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
Includes access to the leisure facilities for up to 4 hrs, robe and slippers. Cream tea includes freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and jam. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly with hotel. Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
The venue may restrict the number of bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Vouchers must be presented for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
