At Macdonald Aviemore Resort we have a vast and impressive range of meeting and event suites capable of hosting numerous events including conferences, meetings and exhibitions.

Our meeting rooms boast natural daylight and offer luxury and comfort for our visiting delegates. We have 455 hotel rooms onsite, along with flexible event catering - so you will find everything you need for your function within the resort.

We have the facilities to play host to conferences, seminars or film shows in our 650-seat auditorium; stage an exhibition or concert in the 1000m² Osprey Arena; chair an inspirational meeting in 1 of 10 meeting rooms or celebrate your gala dinner or wedding reception in our glorious hexagonal Peregrine Suite with its spectacular panoramic views of our surrounding mountains.

Osprey Arena

Perfect for large functions like exhibitions, trade fairs, concerts, product and vehicle launches. This function room can also be creatively transformed into a dining facility, capable of holding up to 700 delegates.


Our 650-seat auditorium is located in our conference centre with meeting rooms and breakout areas close by. Each seat has it's own foldaway table making it perfect for seminars as well as conferences, congresses, talks and even film presentations with it's 3D capability.

Peregrine Suite

Features its own fully-equipped kitchen, private bar, ballroom dance floor and portable stage. This space is the perfect choice for celebrations of any kind; an impressive and lavish suite, capable of hosting banquets, meetings, exhibitions or drinks receptions.
