Our Unique Conference Centre

Offering over 450 bedrooms across 4 hotels and woodland lodges and up to 1,150 conference delegates we are the largest residential conference centre in Scotland. Exclusive use and venue buy out options are also available.

We are in a unique destination situated at the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park which is easily accessible from across the UK whether by plane, car or train. There's also complimentary onsite coach and car parking. Inverness airport is less than one hour away and Aviemore Train Station is directly opposite the resort.

WiFi and extra dedicated bandwidth up 100MB is also available for faster connections and multiple users.

Conference Rooms & Arenas

Our impressive Osprey Arena is located on the ground floor with drive in access and is fully flexible in layout. It can be transformed with pipe and drape, star cloth and uplighters from a daytime conference to a glamorous gala dinner for 700 in the evening.

The Peregrine Suite is located on a dedicated and private floor with views over the Craigellachie Nature Reserve. It's ideal for an informal welcome dinner for up to 375. It has its own large private bar, dance floor and partition wall to provide greater flexibility.

Additionally, our 650-seat Auditorium is directly accessible from our meeting rooms and breakout areas ideal for conferences, congresses, talks and seminars.

Our private 90-acre resort grounds can host events in large marquees, tipis and even an outdoor music festival.
