Aviemore Kart Raceway
Enjoy outdoor go karting in the heart of the Highlands. Aviemore Kart Raceway is located just a 5 minute drive away from the resort. There's something for all ages from age 4 and above using 3 types of karts and tandems. There's also kiddie karts for ages 3 and above to let them drive on their own.
Aviemore Escape Rooms
Aviemore Escape Rooms is a new attraction perfect for a competitive day out! Great for adults and children alike and there's a choice of different escape rooms to choose from. Located just a short drive away from the resort.
RSPB Ospreys
Abernethy is a nature reserve that is ancient, wild and can feel like another country. Nestled in Abernethy, the Loch Garten Nature Centre is the perfect spot to experience this amazing forest. Use CCTV screens, binoculars and telescopes to help you to get great views. An exhibition, daily talks and family activities ensure there’s something for everyone. There's also a shop that sells gifts, binoculars, books, sandwiches, snacks and hot drinks.
Local Distilleries
Popular stop-off points as part of a whisky trail in the region include Speyside's historic Glenlivet Distillery, while the fascinating distillation process at Glenfiddich Distillery is not to be missed.
Fans of boutique distilleries will want to check out the world famous malts at Cardhu Distillery in Aberlour en-route to discovering more about whisky production and barrel-making at Speyside Cooperage - where you can learn everything there is to know about the ancient art.
Aviemore is also home to the award winning Kinrara Gin and Cairngorm Ale, both of which welcome visitors to explore more. Enjoy a visit to the gin distillery or brewery and sample some of the produce. Venture slightly further afield and pick up the malt whisky trail or Carounn gin.
