Enjoy a taste of the Highlands at our authentic fish and chips eatery, serving classic seafood dishes, from freshly battered local fish to daily gourmet specials.

At Highland Fish Bar, we offer more than just traditional fish and chips. Our menu is bursting with everyone’s favourite classic seafood dishes, from freshly battered local fish to daily gourmet specials like lobsters and oysters.

We welcome guests, visitors, and locals, creating an inviting atmosphere where everyone can enjoy live sports on Sky seven days a week or dine with us five days a week.

No pre-booking is necessary - service is available on a first-come, first-served basis, while you can also choose our takeaway option.

Traditional Scottish Fish and Chips: Enjoy a selection of haddock, monkfish, sole, and king prawns, perfectly battered and served with crispy chips, lemon, and tartar sauce.

Gourmet Specials: Delight in freshly caught seafood of the day, including lobsters, langoustines, and oysters.

Fresh and Locally Sourced: Every fish on your plate is caught daily from the rich Scottish waters, then swiftly delivered to Peterhead and Scrabster ports before arriving at our fish bar.

Little Tiddlers Menu: Specially crafted dishes for our younger guests.

Live Entertainment & Quiz Nights: Available during peak holiday season and key calendar dates

Opening Hours with Sky Sports (available 7 days a week): Enjoy live sports on Sky at our bar, open weekdays from Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and weekends, Saturday & Sunday, 12:00pmto 11:00pm.

Food Service Hours (Open 5 days a week for dining): Food is served from Wednesday to Friday, 5:00pm to 8:30pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 3:00pm to 8:30pm.
