Macdonald hotel chefs are passionate about the food they serve and know that quality tastes good. That's why they use only the finest seasonal ingredients and source the best produce available - organic milk, fruit and vegetables where possible, free range eggs, corn-fed poultry, grass-fed beef and wild white fish.

Scotbeef supply our beef and lamb, reared on mineral-rich natural Scottish pastures and fully traceable to the point of origin. The beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days, ensuring melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, and is then hand cut by quality butchers.

All our white fish is wild, caught in UK waters from sustainable sources and delivered fresh every day to our hotels.

Wine

An extensive list of fine wines, hand-picked by the Macdonald sommelier, will complement any wedding and our well-informed staff will be happy to assist you with your selection.
