Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on promotional family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Baby cots and essential supplies are available from housekeeping, children's menus and highchairs are supplied in our restaurants and kids' breakfast and afternoon tea can be served on request. Children under 16 stay for free when they share a room with their guardians. Family rooms are also available.
To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, if you need to cancel your booking at the Macdonald Tickled Trout Hotel please give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice. After this time, fees will apply.
