    Check-in time at the Swan Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply).

    Children are welcome throughout the Swan Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Baby cots and essential supplies are available from housekeeping, children's menus and highchairs are supplied in our restaurants and kids' breakfasts and afternoon tea can be served on request. Children under 16 stay for free, when they share a room with their parents or guardians. Interconnecting rooms are available.

• • Pets

    Dogs are welcome at the Swan Hotel. Guide dogs stay for free and pets stay for a small fee of ₤15 per night.

    Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Swan Hotel. Valuables can be stored in the safety deposit box at Reception and the desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

    There are 55 free parking spaces available at the Swan Hotel, 3 of which are fully accessible for disabled guests and visitors.
