Paintballing Dundee
Bedlam Paintball Dundee is the paintball jewel in the North East of Scotland. It's a popular and well-used site just north of Dundee in Edzell Woods. Paintball Dundee offers a variety of exciting paintball game scenarios including the popular communications tower, the village, the badlands and the all-encompassing dropzone. When you arrive at the Paintball Dundee facility, you will be kitted out in Bedlam's well-tested paintball and safety equipment including your Bedlam Paintball Jumpsuit, Inferno Marker, Stormtrooper Helmet, V-Force anti-mist mask and hopper. You will be secured in the paintball safe zone and then briefed on the rules and safety aspects of the game. Then it's off for up to 8 exciting paintball game scenarios, with a break in the middle for lunch.

Visit Knockhill racing circuit, Scotland's leading motorsports venue, to experience the thrill of karting, 4 x 4 driving or skid pan driving. Knockhill Racing Circuit
Knockhill circuit is the centre of all things motorsport in Scotland and provides a great day out for racers and spectators. Famous for televising a range of premium petrol activities, Knockhill stages races most Sundays during the summer months. If you are driven by a need for speed try taming the circuit's own Ferrari 360 or navigating a rally stage. A purpose built 500 metre karting track can be mastered at speeds of up to 50mph. Karting for kids over 4ft two inches tall is also available in Pro Biz Karts that reach speeds of 25 mph. You can even drive your own car or bike around the circuit during special track days.

Skydive St Andrews
Skydive St Andrews offers freefall tandem skydiving which needs minimal instruction and takes around thirty minutes. This innovative form of parachuting uses a dual harness system to attach the student to a highly experienced instructor. The harness allows the instructor to control the freefall, parachute deployment and the landing. If this gives you the taste for parachuting proper then the centre's purpose-built facility also provides a base to train for solo jumps.

Fishing and Shooting
The most traditional of Scotland's outdoor sports are within easy of the Rusacks Hotel. Experience salmon fishing on the world renowned River Dee, deer stalking in Aberdeenshire and clay shooting near St Andrews.
Park Leisure at Leuchars
The renowned Park Estate offers unrivalled opportunities to enjoy country pursuits in Scotland. From its twin sites in Leuchars and Kincardine, the Estate operates traditional sporting packages for corporate clients and individuals. It boasts some of the finest salmon fishing in Scotland on a stunning stretch of the river Dee and has access to duck and pheasant shooting. At its base near St Andrews it plays host to Scotland's national clay shooting centre.
Game Shooting - Park is able to supply game shooting as well as clay shooting for the coming season. Driven days of up to 100 birds, along with duck flighting can be arranged.
Black Powder Weekend - This unique occasion has increased in popularity and is held over two days in the autumn. The day is open to muzzle-loading and breech- loading black powder hammer guns.
Stalking - Roe shooting is available at Park. The Estate can also organise stalking for red deer and hinds.
Clay Shooting - Clay shoots with all equipment and expert tuition provided will also be available. Clay shooting is also available at our excellent facilities in Fife, at Leuchars near St Andrews.
Fishing - Both banks of the river are owned by the estate and include 12 individual beats (six house rods, one family rod and five rods on the south bank). Fishing is available for as little as one rod for one day to weekly lets for parties of up to eleven anglers. Preference is given, if possible, to parties staying in the house.

Land Yachting
Land yachting promises to be a breeze for landlubbers who hear the call of the sea but don't want to get their feet wet. Combining the grace of sailing with the buzz of motor sports, land yachting requires sand, speed and skill. If you think this activity is on the right 'tack' for you, plot a course for St Andrews' West Sands beach.
Blown Away Land Yachts
Blown Away is a St Andrews based adventure company which specialises in land yachting, the relatively new star in Scotland's growing extreme and outdoor sports firmament. Action takes place on St Andrews West Sands and is popular for its speed, excitement and green credentials. After an initial briefing and safety chat you will be kitted out with your safety gear and allocated your land yacht for the session. Instructors will teach you the basic land sailing techniques and manoeuvres enabling you to progress along the beach, master gybe turns progressing to figure of eights and a slalom course before culminating in the Blown Away Challenge.
