Park Terrace - Royal Garden Hotel, London
The Park Terrace Restaurant is located at lobby level, adjacent to Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park. Open from 6.30am to 10.30pm daily, this is the beating heart of the hotel, catering to all tastes at all times of the day. Menus are overseen by Executive Chef, Steve Munkley.
The Park Terrace Restaurant breakfast offers the full gamut from a classic Full English to American waffles to Chinese congee. There is a buffet for selection of cold items and a wide selection of high quality English leaf teas.
At lunch and dinner, the restaurant buzzes with locals dropping in for a quick bite, and business people for a longer sojourn. Hotel guests are always welcome, and single diners made to feel comfortable. The ambience is easy-going, friendly and unpretentious.
Choose from either the All Day Dining Menu, which features international staples perfectly produced (pastas, salads, burgers, grills, an onion soup or cheesecake), the Du Jour Lunch Menu which features Chef's speciality of the day from the Butchers, the East comes West Menu or the new seasonal Dinner Menu.
The dinner menu is derived from the highest quality ingredients with emphasis been placed on the seasonality of the produce. Executive Chef Steve Munkley has actively sourced a range of suppliers offering the finest food items, predominantly within the United Kingdom.
Classics include a Grilled Sirloin of Organic Beef, Sweet Potato Dauphiniose and Purple Sprouting Broccoli.
On each Sunday, the restaurant offers a special Sunday Lunch menu which includes traditional favourites such as Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding.
