Min Jiang is currently open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, initially the restaurant will offer a special preview menu with a 25% reduction fro the total food bill, before commencing full service on Monday 8 September, serving traditional dishes from China's gastronomic provinces. The restaurant's design is a fitting backdrop to the food and the breathtaking views of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and many famous London landmarks. Striking blue and white Chinese pots and vases contrast beautifully with the contemporary deep red walls. Min Jiang boasts a restaurant for 80, a stylish bar and a private dining room seating 20.

Restaurant

Sample sumptuous Dim Sum, spicy Sichuan and the famous Beijing Duck on the tenth floor of the Royal Garden Hotel. Mouthwatering dishes from China's gastronomic provinces are traditionally prepared with the freshest ingredients and authentic spices and flavouring. The ducks, cooked in a wood-fired oven, are prepared and presented in various services by a team of specialist chefs. Exquisite Dim Sum features at lunch as well as celebrated classics like hot and sour soup and sautéed king prawns with dried chilli.

Bar

The bar at Min Jiang is the perfect place for an aperitif, with classic, muted furnishings, sumptuous cushions and the stunning views enjoyed by the whole restaurant. Unusual and rare Chinese teas, a natural partner to the cuisine, will feature at the bar as well as zesty, refreshing cocktails, Champagnes and a carefully chosen wine list.

Private Dining

Relax within the beautiful surroundings of the Chong Qing private dining room with its high ceilings and breathtaking views of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Named after the largest city in the Sichuan province, Chong Qing directly translated means Double Happiness.
