Wedding Function Rooms at The Roxburghe Hotel, Edinburgh

The sumptuous ground-floor George Suite is an ideal Edinburgh wedding venue with natural daylight, air conditioning, a rich and elegant decor, private bars, a cloakroom and its own reception area. Host a fabulous reception for up to 280 guests or a Dinner Dance for up to 260 and dance the night away on one of the largest dance floors in Edinburgh. Smaller weddings can also be catered for.

  • Civil and Religious Ceremonies at The Roxburghe Hotel, Edinburgh

    Civil and religious ceremonies can take place in the George Suite at The Roxburghe Hotel. A ceremony set up fee of £500 applies. Please contact Edinburgh (George IV Bridge) Registry Office, who will check ceremony dates and times, and can advise you on where and when to register the marriage. For religious ceremonies, we are happy for your own minister to perform the ceremony within the hotel.

  • How to book your Wedding at The Roxburghe Hotel, Edinburgh

    As soon as you have viewed the hotel and met with our Wedding Co-ordinator, The Roxburghe Hotel will be delighted to reserve your wedding date on a provisional basis for up to 2 weeks.

    In order to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of £500 will be required, together with written confirmation of the proposed details to date.

    Final payment will be required 2 weeks prior to your wedding, along with final numbers and any special dietary requirements.

    Please read the hotel's terms and conditions carefully before confirming your wedding. These are available from your Wedding Co-ordinator.
