Macdonald Hotels and Resorts are pleased to offer you the existing services of their Resorts Rental & Exchange Programme.The system generally operates within the current calendar year, however, exchange requests will be accepted if you wish to exchange from the following year into the current year.

Increase the chances of a successful exchange by following these simple rules:

1. REQUEST EARLY.
2. BE FLEXIBLE. The more options you give, the better the chance of being successful.
3. BE REALISTIC. Certain resorts and dates are always in demand. Particularly popular are school holiday weeks and Elmers Court. Success depends on the supply and demand of weeks from other owners.
4. LATE EXCHANGES. You are normally required to give at least 8 weeks notice for an exchange, although we can sometimes make arrangements at shorter notice. A phone call will establish whether a late exchange is feasible.
