Useful Information About Our Hotel
Check-in time at the Randolph Hotel is 2pm and we ask that you check out of your rooms by 11am on the day of departure. We can offer late check-out on request, subject to availability (fees may apply). The Randolph Hotel also offers an express checkout service so please ask for more details at Reception. Our Concierge Team have over 60 years of experience between them and no request is too big or too small.
Kids will love receiving their own check-in card, activity pack and bubble bath as part of our It's Kids promotion, and under 12s stay and eat a delicious breakfast for free on promotional family breaks at all Macdonald Hotels when sharing a room with a parent or guardian.
Children are welcome throughout the Randolph Hotel when accompanied by an adult. Up to two children under 15 can stay for free when sharing with two paying adults in a superior room.
Cots and highchairs can be provided on request and special children's menus are available. Children can dine in the Restaurant at the Randolph and are especially welcome for afternoon tea in the Drawing Room. A babysitting service is available from a reputable, fully-certified local company. This service must be pre-booked.

The Macdonald Randolph Hotel welcomes well-behaved dogs in the main hotel. A fee of £10 per night per animal applies. Guide dogs are welcome and stay for free.
Your safety, security and comfort are our priority at the Macdonald Randolph Hotel. A safety deposit is available at Reception. The Randolph Hotel is locked after 11pm for guests' safety, please just ring the bell for the Night Porter if you are returning late.
Unfortunately, parking at the Macdonald Randolph Hotel is limited due to our city centre location. Parking is available close to the Hotel at a rate of £26.50 (valid from check-in at 2pm until check-out at 11am). If the hotel is full, we can provide parking locally at a rate of £29.50 for 24 hours. Oxford operates a free park and ride bus system from various points around the city. This offers free parking and chargeable bus fares into the city center. Valet parking is available, please contact our Concierge in advance.

Accessible Rooms at the Macdonald Randolph Hotel enjoy the same amenities as our Classic Rooms, with extra space for easy access. Our accessible twin-bedded room is in the older part of the hotel close to the lift and with a widened door for wheelchair access. There are alarm cords situated in the bathroom and beside the beds. The bathroom is equipped with hand rails, a lowered bath and bath board. Guide dogs are very welcome at the Randolph Hotel.
