The Ballroom

The largest elegant ballroom in the Oxford region. Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, this room includes a private reception area, with build in bar and magnificent chandeliers.

The Lancaster Suite

The Lancaster overlooks the famous Ashmolean Museum and can comfortably cater for 70 guests. Five full lenght windows give plenty of natural day light to this elegant suite whils large access doors enable convenient equipment access.

The St. John’s Room & The Worcester Room

These rooms are located on the first floor and suitable for smaller receptions of up to 22 guests. The St. John’s Room boasts high gothic windows revealing impressive views of the St. Giles Memorial and surrounding colleges. The Worcester Room also offers views directly facing the entrance to the famous Ashmolean museum.

The Cartoon Room

A traditional, versatile room, located on the ground floor, with large bay window facing onto St Giles.Ideal for private dining and corporate entertaining.

The Ashmolean Room

Traditional style syndacate room, with natural daylight, suitable for small meetings and interviews.
