MACDONALD CRUTHERLAND AWARDED SECOND AA ROSETTE

The Crutherland Restaurant is fast becoming one of Scotland's most popular hotel eateries. Joe has developed an exciting menu focusing entirely on the best Scottish produce and ingredients and serves up traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. The highest quality beef and poultry as well as the freshest wild fish and game are used and the restaurant always offers the very best of what's seasonally available and can be sourced locally.
The team at Macdonald Crutherland use the very best ingredients to create classic dishes such as slow cooked shoulder of lamb with fondant potato, creamed leeks and a red wine sauce or confit duck leg, white bean, tomato and Toulouse sausage cassoulet.
With a team of nine kitchen staff, the restaurant at Crutherland House prides itself on its quality of food and service.
