
MEETINGS@ FULLY INTERGRATED INTO MACDONALD HOTELS AND RESORTS
Following a six month implementation programme, Macdonald Hotels and Resorts has today announced the complete integration of its meetings concept “Meetings@” into its 48 UK properties. The concept, developed in August 2007, underpins Macdonald’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Meetings@, exclusive to the Macdonald brand, has been developed to ensure that every Macdonald property offers the Complete Meeting Package, an all-inclusive, first class service that boasts every component necessary for a successful meeting, from guest rooms to meals to meeting rooms. The Group has also rolled out new facilities such as fridges and coffee machines to its meeting rooms, as well as introducing new features such as energiser breaks, to enhance its services to clients.
