
MACDONALD HOTELS SETS OUT ITS STALL AT CONFEX

Following an extensive £150m investment programme to refurbish existing facilities and create new offerings, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts on course to cement its position as one of the UK's top four-star conference venue operators.
The UK's largest privately owned hotel group, Macdonald Hotels is now launching an ambitious business strategy to consolidate and grow its market share in this sector. The group is also creating unique offerings within new build properties, such as Manchester, and Tarporley, Cheshire, all scheduled to come online in 2007.
With hotels throughout the UK - including the recently awarded five star Macdonald Randolph Hotel in Oxford and five star Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel - the group can offer everything from training rooms to impressive boardrooms and 800-seater auditoriums to magnificent ballrooms, as Andrew Watson, Marketing Manager, explained:
