CELEBRATE THE GREAT BRITISH MENU AT THE 'SNOOTY FOX'
AT THE NEW MACDONALD BLOSSOMS HOTEL, CHESTER

Anyone looking for a hotel in Chester which celebrates the best of British food should look no further than the recently refurbished Macdonald New Blossoms hotel in Chester-city centre which has opened a new-look restaurant - 'The Snooty Fox'.

Diners at 'The Snooty Fox' will be offered a relaxed and imaginative interpretation of British dishes, including the re-introduction of traditional British dishes prepared with loyalty to authentic recipes and using quality seasonal ingredients expertly sourced as locally as possible.

Examples from the menu include: starters of classic prawn cocktail (£5.95); field mushrooms on toast (£5.50) and Loch Fyne kipper pate (£3.95); traditional main courses of beer battered cod and chips (£12.45); macaroni cheese (£8.50); and roast chicken, crispy bacon, bread sauce (£12.95);and puddings including classic sherry trifle (£4.95); rhubarb crumble and custard (£4.95) and a selection of British cheeses, chutney and crackers (£6.50).

The Group wine development manager has also created a bespoke wine list to complement the dishes including champagne and sparking wine, white, red, rose, port and sweet wine.

A stay at The Macdonald New Blossoms Hotel is priced from £70 per person per night to include dinner at The Snooty Fox, and bed and breakfast accommodation. Minimum two night stay. Based on two people sharing.
