Now Waris has set his sights on enhancing every aspect of the hotel cementing its position as one of the best leisure and business destinations in the region.
He said, “Over the next six months everyone at the hotel will be working hard to ensure that the right people are sourced and training opportunities are developed, that service levels consistently exceed clients’ expectations and that the right products are in place to assist the team in achieving our main goal of securing our reputation as one of Wigan’s premier hotels.
“We have a tremendous reputation for sustainable, known sourced, high quality UK food products and we strongly believed that with these credentials, we can also consolidate our position as one of areas leading banqueting venues. We have a very enthusiastic team here who are committed to the success of the hotel and I am delighted to be able to work with them.”
