June 29th 2006 - Macdonald Hotels revamps Breakfast Menu
Following a complete review of its breakfast menu, Macdonald Hotels, the UK’s largest privately owned hotel group, has unveiled its new breakfast menu, based on the Group’s policy of using only the freshest and best quality ingredients. It also reflects the Group’s on-going strategy of redefining and revitalising breakfast, by focussing on seasonal ingredients along with the introduction of free range eggs, rustic bloomer toasting bread and freshly baked viennoiserie (pastry products including croissants and pain au chocolate) and bread.

May 16th 2006 - New-look luxury bedrooms and refurbishment plans for Macdonald Compleat Angler.
The famous Macdonald Compleat Angler hotel, which is in an idyllic location on the banks of the river Thames in Marlow, has had some of its bedrooms refurbished to reflect their individual character. This is part of the first phase of a £1m extensive development programme at the hotel, which will eventually include a new-look for all 64 bedrooms.
