Aviemore Highland Resort Gets the Green Light
Macdonald Hotels Limited has today reached agreement with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Administrators of Aviemore Highland Resort Limited (in Administration) and subsidiaries to acquire the assets and business of Aviemore Highland Resort adding it to their existing UK wide portfolio. This deal will secure the future of the Resort and the 300 jobs that it currently provides.

Macdonald Ansty Hall Makes Winning Their Business.
The team at the Macdonald Ansty Hall Hotel have recently won the highly coveted HRS Business Excellence Award for Customer Service, and runners up in the Excellence in Meetings Award.

The HRS Hotel Excellence Awards celebrate hotels that have successfully introduced innovative ideas and as a result achieved measurable improvement to their business. The competition was tough and saw Ansty Hall awarded the prize over the Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel Edinburgh.

This is not the first time in the past 12 months that the hotel has been recognised for its customer service. In November the hotel was finalist in the Warwickshire TSB Godiva Awards.

Macdonald Hotels & Confex join forces for industry research.
Macdonald Hotels and Resorts in association with Confex Group will be researching the future of corporate procurement policies and the effect it will have on the events industry. The findings will be released during International Confex to ascertain what procurement teams throughout the UK and Europe will be looking for over the next five to 10 years.
