Banquets at Pittodrie House combine superb cuisine and handsome surroundings with warm-hearted personal service. We can provide a formal sit-down banquet or a relaxed and stylish buffet for up to 120 guests.

During the warmer months you might consider a picnic in the walled garden or a marquee event on the lawn. Our Mither Tap restaurant, Orangery, Billiard room and Library as well as elegant reception rooms offer ideal settings for all occasions throughout the year:

We are also extremely adapt at catering for BBQ events on the Pittodrie estate. We are capabale of accommodating any size of event and can make all of the necessary arrangements on your behalf, including catering, first aid, activities, etc.

In September of 2008 we ran a very successful summer BBQ for 800 people on behalf of Aker Soloutions who have been kind enough to supply us with the following testimonial.

" This is the first time I have been involved with the organisation of the BBQ for Aker Solutions and I must say that I was very impressed with the organisation skills & facilities provided by the staff at Pittodrie House. All meetings & communications prior to the BBQ were very ably conducted by Dale who also looked like she was working very hard on the day of the event as well!

The venue was, of course, top class and absolutely perfect for a family fun day out. Plenty of space and easy access to all facilities made for a very enjoyable day out for all concerned. The food was served bang on time and there was plenty of it to go around with plenty of variety and all tastes catered for. The staff were very friendly and attentive and I especially noticed the 'litter gnomes' keeping the place neat & tidy all through the afternoon.

I was pleased to see that despite us having over 800 people in attendance there was plenty of parking for the visitors and due to the spaciousness of the grounds it never felt crowded.
