serve at The Roxburghe Hotel restaurant in Edinburgh. We source
ingredients from local, organic suppliers wherever possible. So
expect free-range eggs, corn-fed poultry, grass-fed beef and wild
white fish in all of our hotel restaurants.

chefs take the freshest, seasonal ingredients and apply their
creativity to make dining truly memorable. Choose from the Melrose
Restaurant, with a contemporary Scottish menu, the Melrose Lounge,
or drinks in the Consort Bar. In summer, dine alfresco in our
