Haycock Hotel to kitchens all over the UK.
With over 30 years experience in Hospitality, Stewart has worked
at well-known establishments from London to Leicester, such as;
Belmount House Hotel, Grosevenor House Hotel, Royal Garden Hotel,
Churchill Inter-Continental and Hyatt Carlton Tower.
From the age of 14, restaurant trends have fascinated Stewart
and it wasn't long before he found his first job as Commis Chef in
Scotland - his home country. Working his way through kitchens and
travelling the UK enabled Stewart to build upon his knowledge and
natural talent; something he is very keen on encouraging in his own
members of staff. His dedication has been recognised for his
culinary skills through awarding events at 'Hotelympia'. Stewart
also contributes towards charitable trusts.
Stewart is delighted to have joined The Haycock Hotel and is
using his creative flair and innovation to create exciting,
mouth-watering menus to please every diner. Using only the freshest
ingredients, he keeps a strong emphasis on seasonal produce to
ensure the fullest of flavours in every dish.
