To all it may concern

It was my privelage to help Laura and Ross Sutherland celebrate their marriage at Norwood Hall on the 12th November. On our return today, I was so impressed with our stay I felt I had to write to thank you all.

I have been impressed with the friendly professionalism of the staff at Norwood Hall throughout, from making our initial reservation to departing this morning, nothing has been too much trouble and we were made to feel welcome straight away. This was despite us (a family of 4 with 2 small boys) arriving early and requesting that we might have early access to our room in order to change for the wedding. Despite the hotel being very busy due to a wedding the previous day as well, this appeared to be no trouble and was duly arranged with no fuss at all for which we are very grateful.

The warm, excellent service continued throughout the wedding reception (and even when tested by our children excitedly running around while staff were clearing the dinner away), through to breakfast and our departure.

I must commend you all fo the warm feel to the hotel and the excellent level of service and communication that the staff display.
