Our restaurant is a beautiful space to enjoy some of Scotland's
finest cuisine. Executive chef John Paul strives to source only the
finest of local ingredients for his creative à la carte dishes.
We're proud to say that our fish is fresh-caught and locally
cured, our beef is local and fully traceable back to the source,
and our pork along with our chickens and eggs, is free-range. We
aim to bring you the highest quality produce, not only to guarantee
quality - but also to ensure that ethically, our food was well
cared for before it arrived in our kitchen. Overlooking both the
West Links Golf Course and the Firth of Forth, you won't tire of
the views between courses.
