Our chefs, headed up by Grant Ainsworth, are committed to
serving the finest Scottish cuisine in a contemporary way.
True to our Scottish heritage, the beef and lamb we serve comes
from fully accredited Scottish farms and supplied to us by
Scotbeef, suppliers to the highest quality retailers in the
country. Our beef is aged for a minimum 21 days and hand cut by
highly skilled butchers using time honoured techniques. It's
all about the experience, and our famous Rib Eye on the bone.
