7126 yards7273

The course can be found just six miles from St Andrews, sweeping regally along the sea near the attractive village of Kingsbarns. Its golf origins date back to 1793: a testament to the rich heritage of links golf in Scotland. This unique part of East Fife has sandy soils, undulating ridges and hollows, Cambo burn running into the sea, all set immediately against the rugged coastline of the North Sea. With five sets of yardage alternatives to choose from, golfers can enjoy playing from a suitable tee to best suit their games.

Widely regarded as the most testing on the links, this course was opened in 1897 and is situated between the New Course and the sea. Redesigned in 1988 to Championship standard the raised tees provide stunning links views, but are also exposed to the coastal winds sweeping in from the sea.
