A member of Great British Chefs, Graham won a Michelin Star at Ballachulish Country House at the age of just 25, and has 16 years' top-quality experience under his belt, including stints at a number of prestigious restaurants including The Monastery in Manchester.

Graham leads a team of five talented chefs at Macdonald Pittodrie House, and describes it as a fantastic venue where he has been delighted to get back to what he loves best - superb hotel dining.

Graham leads the hotel's dining experience across the award-winning Mither Tap Restaurant, the Billiard Room, its elegant private dining room, and all weddings.
