I was able to reflect on my first year of managing
Manchester's largest luxury hotel and I viewed it as one of
continued success, but most importantly a hotel with bags of
ambition to make ourselves the very best hotel for service and
luxury in Cottonopolis.
We enjoyed a year of consistent service delivery, whilst
becoming one of the very best providers of conference and
banqueting in the UK. Set alongside another impressive AA
inspection and award for our

spa facilities, our great team continues to go from strength to
