For Jerome, Macdonald Linden Hall is the latest step in an impressive 25-year long resume that has seen him work with the likes of Roland Durand at the 2 Michelin star Le Pre Catelan in Paris, the 3 Michelin star Maison Troisgros in Roanne (France) and alongside Joel Antunes at the I Michelin star Les Saveurs in London.

Always fascinated by creating dishes for others, as a boy in the Loire Valley, Jerome was inspired by the care and skill with which his two grandmothers would bake and prepare tasty stews using home grown produce.

With a focus on delivering the best dining experience for our bride and grooms, Jerome places a strong emphasis on using seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where possible, for the fullest most natural flavours when developing all wedding menus.

The use of fresh, wholesome ingredients in all menus within Macdonald Linden Hall, along with Jerome's passion for developing new and innovative ideas within his teams cooking, gives couples the opportunity to choose something extra special for their wedding day.
