The Masefield Suite forms part of the Lakeside Suite, and holds up to 150 delegates. This ground floor suite is easily accessible and boasts a spacious foyer which is perfect for arrival drinks, exhibition stands or as a break out area. There's a bar, and windows open onto the garden terrace with stunning views.

Our Conference Rooms are medium-sized venues for boardroom meetings and conferences based on the first floor in the Lakeside Suite Conference Centre. Flooded with natural daylight, and enjoying glorious views towards Worthington Lakes and Macdonald Kilhey Court's grounds. Both rooms can accommodate 40 delegates. Air-conditioned for extra comfort, with an interactive smart board, projector and LCD TV.

Boardrooms 1, 2 and 3 are all locate on the first floor of the Lakeside Suite Conference Centre and each can host up to 12 delegates Boardroom Style. Bright and air-conditioned, they make an ideal private executive work space or more exclusive boardroom meeting venue. A smart board and projector are perfect for presentations.

The Tennyson Suite is a delightful venue for larger events and conferences on the ground floor of this Victorian country house. With a private bar and separate lounge area, it holds up to 150 guests, or it can be combined with the neighbouring Wordsworth Suite to accommodate up to 200.

On the ground floor of the Victorian house, the Wordsworth Suite is a naturally-lit room for smaller events. With a private bar and large plasma screen, it's perfect for presentations or events for up to 50 guests. The Wordsworth Suite makes an ideal breakout room, or can combine with Tennyson to accommodate up to 200 guests.

The Chaucer Conference Room is ideal for board meetings, AGMs, presentations and talks. Naturally lit and air conditioned, with stunning views over our hotel gardens, this flexible space seats up to 40 delegates theatre style.

With space for 12 delegates, this intimate meeting room is ideal for small boardroom events. Housed on the first floor of the original Victorian house, the Chaucer Boardroom also makes the perfect break-out room.

The Victorian Garden Suite is situated on the lower ground floor of the original country house, and opens onto the terrace and gardens. Comfortably seating 50 theatre style or 20 for boardroom and meetings, combined with the adjoining Kilhey's Nightclub, it also provides a unique private function room for up to 150 people. Magnificent views, natural daylight and direct access onto the front lawns make this an ideal venue for private celebrations or meetings.

Located on first floor of the elegant original Victorian country house, the intimate Betjeman Suite is perfect for small boardroom events, and makes an ideal breakout room or team workspace during conferences, seating up to 12 delegates in comfort and style.
