Throughout his career he has worked some of the most well regarded names in the industry including Monsieur Le Divellec who is recognized as one of the most famous chefs in France, and has achieved a host of awards including: numerous AA Rosettes; Restaurant Chef of the Year 1998 at the Scottish Chef Association awards and in 2004 he became Master Chef of Great Britain whilst at his critically acclaimed restaurant 63 Tay Street, Perth.
