Michelin-awarded chef Jeremy Wares is leading a team of top
chefs and has brought a new twist to fine dining in the hotel
restaurant with a new and exciting menu.
Jeremy, who has cooked for the late Princess Diana, President
Mitterrand and Hollywood greats like Michael Caine, Liam Neeson and
national treasure Joanna Lumley, has put a unique stamp on
high-quality traditional Scottish cuisine in the newly refurbished
restaurant.
Visit the restaurant and enjoy a taste of Jeremy's signature
dishes; scallops in red wine risotto, with tomato pesto; roast
haunch of venison and stalker pie with sticky red cabbage, as well
as his special take on the traditional dish of cranachan.
Jeremy, who has a passion and talent for creating unique and
delicious dishes, was keen to reinvent the traditional hotel's
restaurant as he shares the Macdonald Hotel's ideology of providing
top quality fine dining with the best of locally sourced
